In 2007, she founded the Institute of Family and Business in Vienna (ifub, das Institut für Familien & Betriebe) to support families and businesses with holistic and systematic approaches to family, business and personal issues. She is the author of many books on family business, eg. “Successful handover of family business management”, “Who’s the boss”, “Effective cost optimization”.
